Our Story
Red Kite Roofing was founded on a simple observation: homeowners and property managers were routinely receiving biased advice from contractors who had a financial interest in finding problems. The inspection and the remediation were too often coming from the same source.
We set out to change that. Red Kite operates exclusively as an inspection and reporting business — we carry out no repair or maintenance work, and we have no referral arrangements with contractors. When we assess your roof, the only thing we're interested in is giving you an accurate picture of its condition.
Based in the North West, we've spent over two decades building a reputation for thorough, reliable, and genuinely independent inspections across residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, and Cheshire.
